Wait do u need anything else before downloading? I try downloading the sample version but wasn't successful

Awesome man.
Go on Google play & search for app named icon changer. It can create a theme from the downloaded icons you can apply. BUT you need a launcher program such as GO launcher or NOVA to use & apply the icon theme after its created. Once have launcher youbcan alternatively just change each app icon using an image.
