I assume the 'pack' is in a .zip format? You'll have to unzip to a folder on device first.
On most of the major alternative launchers. (Apex, Nova etc etc) a long press on any icon gives you an option to edit. To change to new Phlash icon use the gallery or file manager to find the folder you unzipped to. Simply select a new icon there to replace what was on your home screen.
Yes. You'll have to edit it one by one. If you use a file explorer use search inside that folder. Makes things quicker… The .zip won't change the icons in your app drawer either but they are of the highest quality.
+Cade Cantu you could buy "Tha icon changer" and change your icons all at once.. but it involves a purchase.. i dunno if you buy apps?

+Cade Cantu you should also have a file manager, there are nice free ones.Makes it easier.
