Generally considered to be larger than granules and smaller than cobbles, pebble tools are among the earliest known man-made artifacts, dating from the Palaeolithic period of human history. Pebbles come in various colors and are mostly smooth but, dependent on how frequently they come in contact with the sea, they can have marks of contact with other rocks or other pebbles. Can also be found inland where ancient seas used to cover the land, when the seas retreat the rocks become landlocked.

Just my 2 cents but I think it would look better with a pebble like texture (I know not all pebbles look the same) but maybe a generic looking one? At the minute they look nothing like a pebble :p but, that might be just me, still love the look of them
