We mean entire iconset for every part of the rom, sistem etc themed
Yep, everything from the settings icons/toggles and colors to toolbars, quick settings, notifications, etc. Basically lets you theme all the things.
The only thing I can't manage to get themed in the icon packs in CM11 is the app drawer icon for some reason.
